Description

The villa sleeps up to six. There are 2 bedrooms; a double and a triple room with bunks and a single bed as well as a sofa bed in the lounge. The villa is fully air conditioned for your comfort. There is a large through lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area with 2 sets of sliding patio doors open on to large sun terrace, with table and chairs overlooking the back garden where natural shade is provided by pine trees. Inside the villa is equipped with wifi, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Playstation, toys, games and books. On the development at Pine bay is a full sized tennis court, squash courts, a large pool with adjacent toddler pool and showers and a club house.

We bought this property as a holiday home to use ourselves. We fell in love with the area as you feel like you have really escaped within minutes of leaving the airport.

The area (pine forest) is just so relaxing and Pissouri village a pretty traditional village. The development has combination of visitors and residents (mainly British) that are very friendly and helpful so you feel you are getting a 'real' experience, not just staying in a holiday resort.

There is lots to see in a short distance: villages, vineyards, beaches, mountains, even driving to the North is easy and not far.

The things we enjoy most are a stroll through the forest, the kids love to listen out for the cow (goat) bells and see the goats and I like to take in the wonderful sea views the other side and just breathe in that fresh air!

Another favourite is a stroll into the village for a nice mese in the village square. Pissouri village retains its traditional character with a pedestrianised central area. It has several family run tavernas and restaurants, a Greek Orthodox Church, a good bakery and butchers, postal agency, banks, internet café and supermarkets.

In the summer the village holds a Cyprus night in the square every Wednesday enjoyed by the locals and tourists alike, making it a true Cypriot experience.

Pissouri Bay is just a 5 minute drive from the village. It has its own selection of tavernas, supermarkets and bars. Watersports are available and the beach boasts a “Blue Flag” status.

Secret Valley Golf Club is 15 minutes away, Aphrodite Hills 10 mins and Tsada Golf Course 20 minutes by car

Cyprus offers a climate of plentiful sunshine throughout the year. The summer months stretch from Mid May through to Mid October guaranteeing you a holiday of almost unbroken sunshine. Even through the winter months of December, January and February, the sun shines for on average 6 hours per day, although it can rain

The Retreat is conveniently placed on a very attractive site next to a pine wood on the outskirts of the pretty village of Pissouri.The property has everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable self catering holiday.

“Absolutely perfect villa for a family holiday”

This villa ticked all the boxes for us when we visited with our two children aged 1 and 3 during the summer. The villa is very well equipped with children's toys, games and equipment which made our stay comfortable and worry free. We were welcomed to the villa by the local agent when we arrived and found it to be immaculate and well maintained. The location of the villa is excellent and we enjoyed walking into the village for meals in the village square. It is a short drive to the beach and within easy reach of Paphos and Larnaca for days further a field. The clubhouse pool is lovely and there are tennis courts and a super children's play area to use during your stay. Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

How do damage deposits work?
