My husband and I stayed in the Villa Damai 1 for a month’s stay. Escaping the cold Australian winter weather. The villa was very affordable for the months stay, its located half way between Canggu and Seminyak. It’s easy enough to get around if you have scooters. However can be a little difficult getting a taxi. Uber was far easier and the same cost. The villa team lead by Win and Chris looked after us the entire time we were there. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the two wonderful housekeepers who took care of us each day. Thank you Thank you. There are number of local nice cheap eats’ - Wurrung’s near by the villa and plenty of delivery options as well . However if you’re a morning coffee person, be prepared there isn’t anything nearby. Lucky for enough for us, Win took care of that, by providing a coffee pod machine – hints BYO pods, You can find them in a couple of spots (Bali catering and super market on Kerobokan, but they are $$. There were only a couple of not so great things regarding the villa. One was the sofa; it’s sooooo.....hard, like a rock not comfortable at all. Easy fix though with replacing the cushions. Given we were there a month, my husband had to worked for the first part of each morning. However the internet made this a whole lot harder. Its temperamental and very slow - almost dial up speed at times. Not sure there is a lot that can be done about that, the villa may well be a black spot? Overall we had a fantastic holiday, wishing the volcano held us up a bit longer. Thanks Win and Chris for all your help during our stay, it was very much appreciated....
"This villa made our trip"

My husband and four adult children stayed here for 11 nights. The villa was absolutely perfect. It's a peaceful, quiet sanctuary to come home to from the chaos only minutes away. An easy/quick walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The photos are a true representation of what the villa is like - new, stylish, modern (with some lovely Balinese features) and very tasteful. Plenty of space for us all. With some of our group getting sick, the villa was a perfect place to just chill at and recover. Our stay was made even better with Agung, who would come to the villa every morning making us beautiful breakfasts, keeping the villa in perfect condition - and she was so helpful in teaching us some Balinese and a lovely person to be part of our Bali experience. Julien and Remi would pop in to ensure everything was ok - which it always was - so much so that we really didn't want to leave!! I can't recommend this villa enough. We were extremely lucky to find it and would stay again without question.
"Our Bali home away from home"

Villa Sukacita is hands down our favourite place to stay in Bali. Made, Iluh, Dolla and Benjamin truly are the dream team! We've been back to Villa Sukacita 3 years in a row now and they always go above and beyond to look after us. The location in Seminyak is unbeatable - right in the thick of the Eat Street action. The villa itself is so beautiful, especially the lush garden and pool area. We've brought many friends and family to Villa Sukacita and without fail everyone falls in love with the villa. We will be back to our little Villa of Happiness!
"An Instagramagical Villa in a Wonderland Universe"

Wooden House Villa Camini was a gorgeous and photogenic villa. Absolutely Instagramagical. Benjamin was an exceptional host and accommodated all our requests, including discounts! Have your camera ready if you rent this villa. It's a place with multi-faceted colourful details. Every nook and cranny tells a story. The gardens are immaculate. It's being in your own universe in an already magical island that is Bali.

We arrived to Bali as a group of ten, aged 12 to, well shall we say late 20s :-). A well planned and organised holiday was interrupted by flight cancellations due to Volcanic ash and cancellation of accommodation pre-booked months in advance. I stumbled across Villa Amaya and Villa Mona by a random Google search at Melbourne airport 30 minutes prior to departure and rang the contact number provided to organise last minute accommodation. On arrival to Bali (at approximately10pm) I received a text from Nathan in response to an earlier missed call. Following a short conversation we were on our way to Villa Mona, beautiful property outside Seminyak, where we spent a night. We then moved to Villa Amaya, where we spent 5 days. The staff at Villa Amaya were kind, helpful, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Kadet and Nathan were available at any time of the day and night (Yep! demanding guests, I know, but they didn’t mind being disturbed :-) , whether the request was to sort out the WiFi issue or something more urgent. Villa Amaya property is located close to everything Seminyak has to offer including the local beach. If you chose to stay here I can assure you that you will not regret it. :-) Jelena
