The Villas are built in a rich colorful stone that emphasizes on the Cretan architecture in today's modern world. Sun flooded areas, high ceilings, spacious rooms and large patio windows are widely offered. Meticulously combining stone, marble, wood, glass, earth and metal, nature is invited in, so that indoor and outdoor become one co-existing in harmony and peace. High quality indoor and outdoor furnishings complete its comfortable environment for sheer relaxation. The famous architects Aristomenes and George Baroudakis managed perfectly to capture, artful design, comfort and pure quality at its fingertips for every welcoming guest. Impressive high stone walls very thick at the bottom and thinner at the top create a castle like building perfectly harmonized with contemporary design from inside.
Each Villa has its own private overflow swimming pool that can be entered by its yacht style wooden deck. The surrounding garden areas are to definitely highlight on, as the owners managed to maintain the original fruitful orange and olive trees in their original place during construction. Trees burst with zest and aromas, oranges are ready to be picked up during spring and summer periods offering the best Cretan juices.
Strategically situated in Kontomari village allowing tranquility, anonymity & privacy, while the location facilitates visiting all famous seaside places, the bustling summer tourist resorts and the beautiful city of Chania and its Venetian harbor. The nearby resorts and neighboring villages are Maleme, Gerani, Agia Marina, and the lively Platanias, which the latter being the most popular destination of that area, is about 5 km away, while Chania old town is 18 km.
