Beautiful villa with private pool and air conditioning. Comprising of 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining area, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and private pool heated with extensive sun terraces and garden.
The villa is equipped to a high standard and is nicely furnished. To the outside there is plenty of space to sunbathe, a private pool and a BBQ
Situated just a 15 minute walk from the Marina Rubicon this villa is ideal for families. There is a large supermarket within 600m and the oceanfront promenade is only 10 minutes walking.
It is close to the Papagayo's Beaches.

Response from the owner Muchas gracias Yanet por tu comentario. Me alegro mucho que os haya encantado la villa y que disfrutasteis del fin de semana. Lamento no hayas contactado con nuestro encargado para decirle que la piscina necesitaba un repaso: normalmente se limpia 2 veces por semanas (tu solo estuves durante un fin de semana) pero dependiendo del uso mas o menos intensivo de la misma de parte de los clientes durante la estancia o si van a poner o no el cobertor por la noche (que tambien ayuda mucho para que se mantenga limpia) y del tiempo metereologico (vento, etc) es posible talvez que necesite un repaso mas; por eso y por cualquier otra consulta o necesidad que pudiera surgir durante la estancia dejamos el contacto de nuestro encargado Rafael, pero lamentablemente en este caso no recibimos ningun avviso sobre ese inconveniente...una lastima no haber podido hacer nada. Gracias de todas formas por elegir CasaVitturi para un breve descanso con tu familia. Un saludo

“Fabulous”
Villa is spotlessly clean, in a great location around 20 mins walk to Marina Rubicon along a very pretty coastal path. Owner extremely helpful and quick in all responses. Villa has great outside area with plenty of loungers a bbq and a lovely first floor balcony which was quiet big so plenty or room to sit or sunbathe on. Couldn’t fault it- it’s so close to marina rubicon where there are plenty of shops and lovely restaurants- there’s a supermarket and a small bar located 5 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend this villa, thank you Riccardo and team.
