Description

Look forward to blue skys, lots of sun, sea, sand and sangria. This holiday villa is ideal for 2 families, a group of friends, a retirement holiday or other special occasions.

The villa is in a great location with breathtaking mountain views. Very spacious with air conditioning in all bedrooms . The pool is private, heated to a lovely temperature (no shivering when you get in this one), with walk in steps. There are sun beds, a BBQ, a table tennis and a hot tub. The entrance to the swimming pool is gated just case you want to keep the little ones out.

There is a lot of outdoor space. Fully enclosed with high walls for extra privacy and has a private drive large enough to park 2 cars.

The villa itself is contemporary in style and refreshingly modern, furnished with new bedding every year. fast internet, a 60" LCD TV which has all the latest films and all UK channels, sports channels and children's programmes, a music system with a selection of CD's. 3 hairdryers, bath and pool towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen so you have the option of eating in if you want to, however there are lots of great restaurants in the town, I will send you a list when you book.

Ideally located in between the Marina & the Harbour in Playa Blanca, only an 8 min drive/20 min walk to the beach, pack a cool-box with a picnic and plenty of drinks....you won't want to move once you get there. Playa Dorada is a great beach. If you decide not to hire a car, taxis are readily available and are very very cheap. I can also arrange the airport transfers for you too. If you have any questions, please do ask.

We also have a duplicate villa (villa Oliver) should you require 2 villas or if I do not have availability at this villa please enquire.

“Great Villa”

This villa is absolutely brilliant for a family holiday. There were 8 of us and there was loads of room both outside and inside. When we arrived the villa was spotless and smelled beautiful. There was enough parking for 2 cars outside. All the bedrooms were a good size and spread over the 3 floors. Kitchen was good and we loved the huge fridge which was ideal for the larger family. We ate in a few nights and there were plenty of crockery, cooking utensils etc. Outside the pool was a good size and the grandchildren spent a lot of time in it. We would highly recommend it.

“Some great things and some not so great.”

So we have just returned from a week at this villa. My daughter was getting married in Playa Blanca and the layout of the villa worked really well for us. The massive bedroom/lounge downstairs was ideal for all the wedding party to get ready that day. Having bedrooms on all floors and several different seating areas guaranteed privacy when we needed it. The pool and the hot tub were brilliant and well used during our stay. However there are a couple of points that I feel need mentioning. We arrived in a downpour and decided to go straight to the villa as we had been promised a welcome pack. When we got there, there was no tea coffee milk or even a bottle of water!! The only things in the kitchen were some out of date spices. The people arriving after us (22nd February)should find tea coffee sugar and milk left by us together with a bottle of white wine and a couple of cans of beer. Also we didn’t find the villa spotless as stated in previous reviews. The floors and the surfaces were dusty and dead moths could be found in almost every room. Our first job was to seeep the floors. This was also true of the pool area. The outside tables and chairs needed cleaning before we could sit on them or put any food out. The villa stands at the end of an unfinished road and has several unfinished villas around it. The shells of the buildings are there but they don’t look like they have not been worked on for several years. This gives the area a rather run down look. And finally through no fault of the owner, the area behind the villa has some construction work going on. We were woken at 7.30 each morning to the sound of a jcb loading rocks onto a lorry. So for these reasons and despite enjoying our stay I could not rate the villa as above average.

Unfortunately yes (but out of my control) there were a plague of moths this year, the moths were wind blown from Africa with it a full claima, which in turn, makes everything dusty. The cleaners that I employ are great and very through. Again (out of my control) I do not own the unoccupied buildings. At least you were not overlooked and had total privacy and no noise from the neighbours.
