Description
Villa Grace is set on a gated community in the Faro Park area. Faro park has several excellent resturants a few bars,shops and cafe's as well as two supermarkets selling all essential including fresh bread. The shops are less than five minutes on foot from the villa. The bus service runs every 30 minutes to the town and marina from outside the supermarket. The seafront is 10 minutes walk from the villa. The main centre of playa Blanca is 5 minutes by car.
Villa Grace is new to the rental market from November 2015. Our stunning Villa offers everything for a relaxing luxury holiday whilst enjoying lanzarote's lovely climate.
New for 2017 air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The living room has been stylishly furnished with two leather sofa's,coffee table,small dining table and a smart TV offering UK channels including sky sports .In addition we have a blu-ray player with a large collection of films for all the family. We also have an Xbox with connect and with lots of games to suit all ages.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a cooker,microwave,dishwasher,fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and plasticware for outside use. From the kitchen door you'll find the utility area with the washing machine and additional drinks fridge.
Downstairs you'll find two twin rooms both with leather beds and quality memory foam mattresses. Both rooms have large built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. The family bathroom has a bath with shower,large vanity sink and toilet. The villa has a open plan hallway with shelving housing our large collection of films and books for your enjoyment.
Upstairs you'll find the spacious master-suite with kingsize leather bed with a quality memory foam mattress. The ensuite has a bath,shower,vanity sink,toilet and bidet. In the dressing area you'll find huge wardrobes and a dressing table and chair. Large patio doors lead out onto the roof terrace with sun loungers and bistro set perfect for morning coffee. The views out over the ocean are truly beautiful , perfect for relaxing.
Outside you'll find the stunning garden with heated pool(8x4) surround by a huge patio with plenty of space for the sunbeds . The garden also benifits from high wall all the way around making it private and safe for families We have 6 loungers with thick cushions and we provide your pool towels. We have a lovely warm spa with colour changing led lighting perfect for the evenings. The garden has two large hammocks which are perfect for chilling and enjoying the garden and its views of Montana Roja. We have two shaded areas one with a sofa set and the other with a large dining table and chairs. We have a weber gas BBq and a full size ping pong table to keep you busy. The artificial grass is great for children giving plenty of space to run about. In the evenings enjoy our garden all lit up with green lamps.....with a drink in hand its the perfect way to end the day !!

“Wonderful quiet villa”
Anyone staying in the Faro area is probably doing so for a bit of peace and quiet and Villa Grace does just that. Amazing outdoor space with a pool that really is heated! 28 degrees pool temp the whole time. Hot tub was great and the artificial grass area was great for playing boule. The villa itself was really well equipped and felt more of a home than a villa. TV choice was great and the Xbox connect got lots of use!. The residence gate means you are only an 8 minute walk the the Faro shops and restaurants. We will be back. Have stayed eight other villas in the area over the last few years and Villa Grace is by far the best as an overall package.

“Unbelievable”
Myself and family have stayed in numerous villas and Villa Grace is hands down the best we have stayed in. The villa, gardens and pool area are immaculate. The views from the villa towards the mountain are out of this world and from the master bedroom balcony there are sea views which were a lovely surprise. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. The proximity to the bars and restaurants is a real bonus and only takes 5/10 minute stroll. Special mention to Port of Call whose food is incredible. The villa manager Suzanne was very helpful during our stay. Kerry has been a very helpful and easy to contact throughout our booking process even though our holiday was meant to have been in July 2020. She could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and I certainly intend booking again.

“Excellent villa stay…everything you could need and more!”
We have recently returned from a 10 night stay at the beautiful Villa Grace. We have never stayed anywhere before that was so well equipped, not only in the kitchen (utensils, cooking equipment, sandwich toasters, Tupperware!) but also in the villa itself and for our children. Our little boy was still finding garden and pool toys on the last day to play with. Having a heated pool made such a difference to our stay and our children's enjoyment. The villa was very clean when we arrived and Suzanne was more than helpful throughout our stay. Likewise Kerry before our arrival in any questions we had. We loved how much outdoor space the villa had you never felt on top of each other and plenty of options for sunbathing / shade and all very private. Despite the villa being on the outskirts of Playa Blanca , faro park had a lot more to offer than we had originally thought and the bus / taxi links into playa Blanca were excellent. We had an excellent family holiday and would love to return and highly recommend to others!
