Rural estate Montimar is a modern Holiday finca on a plot size of 11.000sqm and comprises of 6 cottages and 4 apartments.
It is abroad from the well known tourist hotspots, located in Chio in the hills of Guía de Isora 580 meters above sea level.
Wellness & Aqua SPA
Beside of the solar heated indoor pool with ist massage facilities and whirlpool and the outdoor swimming pool,
Finca ontimar features a wellness area with sauna, relax zone and treatment area.
It is accessible or every treatment booked in advance.
Next to the indoor pool you will find a yoga and meditation area.
Further facilities for your activity holiday experience are:
tennis court, a golf putting green, table tennis, pool billard, garden chess game and a childrens playground.
Travelling with a group
The large Bedouin tent is the centre of your group travel, as a meeting room and for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ask for catering in advance, for groups of at least 8 persons we will arrange catering.
Finca Montimar is an ideal starting point to explore the island, wether you are out for hiking or biking or a trip to the beach.
The beaches of Playa San Juan or Playa de la Arena are reached in just a few minutes by car.
WiFi internet is free of charge.

Casa Romeo’ a 60m² large, detached holiday house that has a spacious open living room, full of light.
This is a modern equipped property with a heating stove, a comforting large couch, a dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 4 ceramic ring hobs, combination microwave with convection oven and grill, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer.
In the bathroom next door you will find a hair dryer, makeup mirror, shower (with jets), toilet, bidet, and an electric heater.
The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe.
Facilities include internet with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio and central heating.
Towels, bathrobes and towels will be provided to our guest on their stay at ‘Casa Romeo’.
A communal washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the laundry room.
Have a wonderful diner while you enjoy some fresh air outside, under the shady pergola at the west side of the house. Or just sit back and sunbathe on the terrace facing south.
In the front garden you will find a gazebo with chairs and a table. There’s sun lounger, an outdoor chess game and many other available things to do.
