You have a concierge to your disposition from 9 AM to 6 PM, you can ask him for disccounts in beach clubs, restaurants and more. For any questions or comments you can contact us by e-mail, calls or whatsapp. The concierge will make the check-in at the condo, so, it's necesary that you let us know your arrival time. Here he will make a short explanation of the apartment and he will take a picture of the electricity meter, due to electricity bill is not included on the rate, the price per kw is $6 Kw. In courtesy you have $300 MXN of electricity included in the rate, you must pay the difference in CASH at the time of the check-out.

How do damage deposits work?
