The condo is situated on the exquisite Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. Perfectly positioned just 2 minutes walk from the world famous 5th Avenue and just 50 yards from the beach, our condo is the perfect indulgent getaway. Its location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family, a fun-packed watersports adventure, a nightlife filled escape, or a combination of all three.

Our Playa del Carmen condo (Coco Bay Condo) sits in private grounds in a gated community with a large swimming pool surrounded by grass lawns, palm trees & exotic plants. There is also a barbecue area for our guests with a large palapa and plenty of sunloungers and seating areas with shade from the palm trees.

Coco Bay Condo is a child-friendly two bedroom and two bathroom property which sleeps a maximum of 6. It boasts a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with utility room. It also has a private roof terrace. All rooms have a balcony with stunning sea views of the Mayan Riviera, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with has a wooden balcony which overlooks the pool and has views of the Mayan Riviera in an easterly direction with sunshine throughout the day. The handmade bed will offer you hours of comfort and a great night's sleep. The decor is a fusion of whites and creams mixed with Mexican wooden furniture made specifically for this condo. Tranquillity reigns in this elegant room with its stylish contemporary finish. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit and walk in shower.

This twin room also has a contemporary Mexican feel with comfortable hand made twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. This room also has its own balcony offering spectacular views over the pool and Mayan Riviera. The adjacent bathroom comprises a vanity unit, modern fixtures and a walk in shower. We also have a crib / cot if required.

This airy room has been beautifully furnished. With large comfortable sofas, original paintings, flat screen TV with SKY. This is the perfect place to relax and chill out. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the Caribbean sunset. The back of the room has elegant wooden stairs that take you directly to the private roof sun terrace.

The kitchen inventory includes - a stack fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, electric oven, toaster, bread warmer, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, and much more....

Our private sun-terrace is the perfect place to get away from everything. It has a wonderful view over the town with a shaded area it is perfect for a spot of sunbathing or even to enjoy some night time drinks whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the Mayan Riviera with friends.

Our condo comes highly equipped with all mod cons, maid service, 24 hour security, all linen, car parking, welcome pack & much more. It is only a few steps away from the Canibal Royale beach club where you can spend the day and eat some exquisite fresh seafood or admire the view from the rooftop jacuzzis. The renowned Mamitas Beach Club is only a 10 minute walk down the beach.

Fifth Avenue is also only a 2 minute walk away. This avenue stretches for a couple of miles and is lined with fabulous restaurants, trendy bars and boutiques selling the latest fashion, jewellery and handicrafts to suit every taste and budget.
