Description

Located in the nice and quiet community of “Villa Maya Residencial”, at the end of “Avenida Universidades” in Playa del Carmen, and just 5 Km away from the beach we are offering for vacation rental our home in the Mayan Riviera.

On the front of the house there is parking for two cars, although 1 parking spot is occupied by a Jeep Liberty 2005 4x4 that for a small extra fee is available to those who rent the house.

On the main floor we have a living room and a small dining room for 6. There is a DVD player and a flat screen TV but it does not have cable. There is a half bathroom with toilet and water basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven and the usual utensils. There is a small laundry with washing machine. In between the kitchen and the dining room is a small bar ideal for a quick breakfast. The area is cooled by two fans and air conditioning.

Outside on the back there is a small patio, the only area of the house where smoking could be allowed and a grill ideal for having a barbecue.

On the upper floor we have the main room with a queen side bed, closet and a full bathroom. There are two more rooms who share another full bathroom. The first room has two twin size beds and an extra bed underneath one of them and a closet. This room is cooled by fan and air conditioning.

The third room has a futon that becomes a full size bed. This last room is cooled by fan only and it DOES NOT have air conditioning.

Outside the house, in the common areas, there is a pool and poolside facilities available.

The beach is only 5 Km away. We recommend the beach club at the Grand Coral or Maroma Beach. The former is open to anyone and they don´t ask for entrance fee, just minimum consumption that is very affordable. We are supplying pictures of the beach clubs as well. The latter charges a fee to enter but no minimum that needs to be spent.

Downtown Playa del Carmen is only a few minutes away by car (9 Km). As mentioned previously, with the house we can arrange to lend you our 4x4 car provided we reach an agreement and you have a valid license and take good care of it.
