WELCOME TO CASA SYMBIÓTICA!

Casa Symbiotica is the most Luxurious and secure home in the Flamingo area. We host many high profile and celebrity clients. and it is considered one of the finest homes in the entire Guanacaste region. We are close to Tamarindo, the famous surfing town with many fine restaurants and attractions. It is a 10 minute drive to 5 beautiful beaches. Our 5 star reviews and in-home services are the best available. In addition, the Guanacaste Region is the most visited and spectacular regions of Costa Rica. It's temperate climate is warm year round. It's rural feel provides the peace and quiet for relaxing, private and rejuvenating getaways yet there is an abundance of things to do if you so desire. The most beautiful beaches are at the base of the mountain and community where the home resides.

Great golf courses and fishing are just a couple miles from our home. You can hike and bike right on the property in Mar Vista and there are also organized trails just a short distance away. Numerous beaches line the coast surrounding our property.

Watching the many different views of the sunset is a local attraction.. There are no better views of the sunsets than from our home.

We completed the building of our home in December of 2014 with a new addition completed in December of 2019. This stunning 11,000 square foot luxury home features a heated infinity pool, hot tub and low-depth lounge area, large covered veranda, workout room, game room, media room and 180 degree views of the ocean! There are 5 bedroom suites, including 4 king size beds, a bunk room that sleeps 8 and 7 bathrooms. We can multiple families, comfortably sleeping 19 guests.

Other luxuries include full-time maid services, gated community with 24/7 security, 2 laundry rooms, outdoor kitchen, built-in lighted basketball net, air conditioning throughout home, 2 1/2 car garage with remote, complimentary WiFi, intergraded Sonos sound system, satellite television, 2 digital safes, 2 lighted clay tennis courts and a generator for the home, The Gracia Club Restaurant & Bar located in the development and is one of the best restaurants in the area. There are plenty of nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Your property manager will arrange everything from activities to private chefs and restaurant reservations. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Mitch (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
