Description

This quality bungalow is only 70 m from the sea and has a sunny terrace on the ground floor and another terrace on the upper floor from which you can enjoy a great sea view and the sound of the waves.

The location on the outskirts of Playa Honda towards La Concha and El Cable could not be better: in less than a minute you are already on the longest beach and coastal promenade of Europe. Here you can walk or cycle along the water towards Arrecife and Costa Teguise as well as in the direction of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero.

Playa Honda has become more and more an insider tip among the Lanzarote returners and connoisseurs. The non-tourist place attracts with its very good infrastructure above all also tourists, who want to spend a car free vacation. In the immediate vicinity you will find the shopping center Deiland, a medical center, pharmacy, many, small retailers and, above all, numerous, very good restaurants in the seafront on the car free beach promenade.

The holiday home is fully equipped and has all the amenities that will make even a longer stay a total success. As a great detail a good Bluetooth box for the terrace on the upper floor is not missing either.

The complex is always locked and is certainly one of the most looked after complexes on the island; all the green areas are always in good condition, so it is a pleasure to walk through the plant. In the winter months the pool is heated - also a prominent feature, since heated communal pools are a real rarity.
