Description

This spacious three-bedroom apartment sits on the eastern entrance of the Old Town offering a magical view to the blue Adriatic sea and island Lokrum. Situated a few steps from Banje beach and in the vicinity of the Old town, hotel Excelsior, shops and restaurants the apartment offers the best of Dubrovnik within a 1-2 minute walking distance.

The apartment (144 sqm + 50 sqm terrace) is divided between two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first level consists of a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a half bathroom with a toilet and sink, large lounge area/living room, dining area with table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The terrace which is completely private offers a dining area with a Jacuzzi and splendid views.

On the second level there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, a second bathroom, TV room with pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Amenities include: SAT TV and AC in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, Hi-Fi, DVD player, Wireless Internet, Ethernet connection, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Jacuzzi and a safety deposit box.

Located conveniently at the Ploce entrance of the Old Town only a minute walk from cafes, ATM, bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for those who seek to be in the vicinity of the city center. Banje Beach is just below the property and several other beaches are within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a short external stairway (20 steps) leading to the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
