Nestled into the hillside in the exclusive private enclave of Terres Basses, Sandyline is a world-class, privately-owned, vacation rental estate that is designed with entertainment in mind. Along with every amenity you can imagine, a full-time chef and butler await your guests.
Overlooking the Caribbean Sea amid spectacularly lush gardens, this property presents the perfect blend of striking Provencal architecture with high end, luxurious Philippe Starck contemporary interiors. The enchantment begins at the entry where you will be greeted by a massive tropical reef aquarium which leads through to the expansive indoor and outdoor living areas and pool terraces with vast open views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets.
The dining area, complete with luxurious glass dining table with seating for 12, and a full-size grand piano, is served by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The living room has extensive leather sofas offering comfortable viewing of the plasma TV and home cinema system.
Private accommodations include 6 master suites (5 king beds & 2 single beds) with ensuite master bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are in the main villa and the other 3 are down closer to the pools. All are individually furnished with gorgeous fabrics and decor making it hard to decide on a favorite. The 7th bedroom is located on the lower level of the grounds, away from the main villa. It is a basic room with a queen bed & bath often used by guest staff or security.
The impressive exteriors are perfect for entertaining with 2 heated pools, an expansive sun deck with loungers and parasols, pool gazebo / bar, water slide, pool toys, island sundeck, infinity Jacuzzi and shaded seating under the air-conditioned covered terrace. Additional highlights include the very well-equipped gym and tennis pavilion with a cushioned all-weather court providing the sporting entertainment.
