Spectacular Custom Built Lakefront home with it's own private BEACH, new fishing DOCK, brand new hardwood flooring through out and new kitchen with granite counter tops (installed September 2020). Nice large flat grass backyard for the kids on a very quiet street on the popular 'Big Lake' in Arrowhead with the highest views. Renters have access to 2 14' aluminum row boats, 1 canoe, and 2 kayaks. Life jackets and oars included. Also comes with 1 glass patio table, 4 patio chairs, and 3 beach chairs. Plenty of outdoor lighting. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath Mountain Chalet is true Pocono living at it's finest! Just started renting to the public December 25, 2014!!! Arrowhead Lake is conveniently located near rt. 80, rt. 940, rt. 115, the PA Turnpike, brand new Kalahari Water Park, Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark, , Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, Camelback Mountain Ski Resort, Jack Frost/ Big Boulder Ski Resort, Mt Airy Casino and the Crossings Outlets! Sleeps 8 adults and 4 children! This Gold Star gated community offers 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools (heated) , basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball, playground, fitness center, and spectacular lodge. Please see rate section and calendar section for availability and detailed rate/fee information. Please take a look at my other rental property in Arrowhead Lake across the street from the completely renovated (July 2015) heated Minisink Pool, kiddie pool, playground and tennis courts. Arrowhead Lake is a gated community with 24 hour security. ***Renters are required by the association to pay a gate card fee of $25.00 PER CAR and a wristband fee of $5 PER PERSON per day age 12 and older. Wristbands are mandatory (in-season) and are required for all summertime activities. *** Small non shedding dogs are allowed with more information on breed, etc.

“Beautiful place”
Perfect spot right on the water. My family and I made it into the community no problem and had a great weekend. Everything you can ask for from a lake house.
