We had a wonderful stay at the Kiahuna Plantation! The home was immaculate and furnished with all the amenities you could possible hope for in a vacation rental. The kitchen was fully equipped and beautiful, we had many wonderful dinners! Our children enjoyed the pool almost everyday of our stay, as well as the adults. We couldn't of asked for a better home for our stay in Kaui!!

We had a great stay. Arriving late at night it was nice that the lights were turned on and a basket of delicious fruit was placed on the table as a welcome gift. The house was perfect. Loved the pool and also the view of the golf course. The house is very spacious. If ever in Kauai again, we would definately stay here again.
Only little point of improvement would be the garden furniture (wooden seats and tables)

Very comfortable. This is a very nice home located in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course. The Master bedroom was great! Private, with a lanai overlooking the course with distant mountain/ocean views. Super accomidations for the kids. Plenty of bathrooms. The kids used the pool daily. Nice lanai for evening gatherings and cookouts. Highly recommended!
“Nice house, good location, but clean the dirt from the corners”

My family enjoyed the house amenities and location very much. We've stayed in many vacation rentals through the years (more than 25) and one of the best ways for a vacation rental to feel like home is for the rental agency to make sure the property is very clean.
And, we were a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the property. The big stuff was clean (floors, counters, carpet), but the housekeeping service is not well enough supervised so that they pay attention to the "corners."
For example, outside decks were not clean, deck drains did not drain, when we looked under the TV cabinet to manage the cables it was full of dust, window blinds were very dirty, wood base of stair rail was dirty, bath rugs should have been washed. This was enough for us to suspect other less noticeable issues were likely not being attended to, as well.
As I indicated at the start, we did enjoy the house and its location. And, with a bit more attention from the housekeeping service we'd give it 5 stars.

We had a great time in this house. It was much bigger then we needed...only the two of us...but we really loved the beautiful neighborhood feeling and the location on the golf course. I even jumped in the small, but beautifully designed pool because of the privacy. That's something I never do in public any more...my 64 year old body get's nervous. I love to cook, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor barbecue was out of service when we stayed there but they delivered a new one the day before we left...bummer. Overall I'd have to say that we'd return to this house if we can't find something a little smaller in the same area and with the same amenities. It would be a great value for a larger group!! The only down side was the house next door...also a rental. There was a crew in there that stayed up until the wee hours...like 5:00 a.M. a couple of nights. They werent' hugely obxnious but woke us up a few times.

This was the ultimate vacation. Fun for all!!! My parents are both handicap and they were able to enjoy every aspect of this vacation rental. My children (10 and 12) loved the house. The pool area was of course their favorite and they spent hours enjoying this.
Being so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants was a huge bonus for my family. It made making decisions on what to do and where to go very simple and everyone was happy with what the activity we picked for the day.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

The Palms at Kiahuna was perfect for our family. We have 2 small
children ( 3 & 5) and my father and mother-in-law also accompanied
us. The house floor plan was perfect for us. The two master suites,
one on the upper floor and the other on the main floor was great for
us. We enjoyed the lanai as well. Great furniture for lounging by the
pool and my kids loved the wading pool. Absolutely fabulous house!

We were looking for a rental home to with plenty of space to accommodate our adult children and appeal to everyone, including our 15-month-old granddaughter. We found the 'Palms at Kiahuna' to be a perfect home for all of us. The privacy of the location was a plus, yet it was close to all the ammenties of the beach & Starbucks! The swimming pool that flows down to a wading pool and the stunning landscape enhanced the experience. In the evening, we could all be found on the upper level deck viewing the ocean and sunsets. We would highly recommend this property, along with the Parrish Collection staff.

This was a wonderful home! Neighborhood and location on the
17th Tee of the golf course is terrific. A very short drive (minutes)
to the beaches on the south shore and the house was perfect for a
family with young children. When we travel on holiday we prefer to
rent homes and always a bit hesitant that we'll experience the same
home in the pictures. Provided our first Hawaiian experience, The
Palms & Parrish Collection company certainly delivered on our
expectations. The Parrish Collection Company was more than
professional and handled all the details of our stay perfectly. Our
only regret is that we could not have stayed longer (great home &
island). Given the opportunity to get back to Kauai, we would not
hesitate to rent again from The Parrish Collection. Indeed the Hyatt
of Kauai just down the road is nice, yet for our money it was much,
much better to have the amenities similar to home each day of our
stay. Equally great to have Costco (on the way) & a grocery store
(very close by) to pack the fridge. Regards, Robben Family

My husband and I decided to vacation with our two grown sons and their wives and two grandchildren. The house was perfect because the rooms were spread out enough to give everyone their privacy. The house also provided spaceous seating areas both lounging and dining. We loved having meals on the patio around the pool. In the evening we would all gather on the upper deck of the house and watch the sunset. It was a perfect place to spend time with family.
