Description

Beautiful country house in the village of Pollença, ideal for families with children and groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

You will enjoy the charming exterior of this house as it has terraces, porches and garden areas. You can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or just play with the childres on the lawn, which surrounds part of the house. The furnished terrace with two armchairs and a cozy sofa is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a glass of good Mallorcan wine. The fully furnished porch is ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends or to prepare a delicious barbecue. The privacy of the house is total and the property is fenced.

This wonderful house of 210 m2 is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them in exterior. If you travel with a baby we will provide you with a crib and highchair. The living room is open to the the dining room, and features a sofa and two comfortable armchairs where you can watch your favorite series on the satellite TV. There is also a dining table with chairs where you can eat and dine with family. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is spacious and comfortable and has all the necessary utensils.

On the first floor we will find two more bedrooms; one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan. There is also a third bathroom with bathtub. On this floor you can also find a terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.

Pollença is a beautiful village at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana inhabited mainly by local poeple. It has a port with about 7 km of wonderful beaches and a rich commercial and hostelry life that will allow you to stroll through its shops or to taste the typical food in its restaurants of fresh fish or typical Mallorcan food. The history of Pollença can be lived walking through its old town preserved intact for years. You can go hiking and visit the Sanctuary of Lluc, the village of Llucalcari or the Escorca hidden in our Sierra.

“Location Location Location”

We have just had a brilliant time in this property, minutes from beaches to the North and East, just outside the lovely old town of Pollenca, plenty of room inside and outside, made good use of the BBQ, the teenagers enjoyed their time on the balcony away from the adults! The property has everything you would need for a great holiday.
