Traditional townhouse with swimming pool in the heart of Pollensa old town, north Mallorca within walking distance to all bars, cafes and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms with bath/shower. Traditional terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Beautiful stone arch in lounge area and interior stone wall, tastefully furnished with antique furniture. Pretty terrace, 2 outside dining areas and pool 6 x 3.50m. with sunbathing and eating area. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. Sheets and Towels provided. Arrival after 14.00 hours. Departure at 10.00 hours. Outside barbecue area. Short drive to gorgeous beaches of Cala San Vicente and Port Pollença. Fantastic central location for those wishing to while away their holidays discovering the old Roman town of Pollensa, sampling the local restaurants and watching the world go by in the cafes which surround the main square area with its magnificant church. 2018 there is air conditioning in all bedrooms. The house has wifi connection.
