Description
C´an Camarrotja is located in a very and quiet spot near the end of a small country lane and offers excellent privacy. The extensive, fully enclosed plot is accessed through a gate. The beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente along with the old town of Pollensa are but a few minutes’ drive from this peaceful and relaxing countryside location.
The house is all on one level, partially surrounded by a large covered terrace with arches . From where you access into the house, a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The spacious living and dinning - room is comfortably furnished with entertainment being provided by Digital Satellite TV, a DVD Player and a Stereo system, and wifi. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen, having a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob. From the lounge there is access to a substantial covered terrace equipped with patio furniture to enjoy Alfresco dining, leading to a large and well kept garden with barbecue. The private swimming pool has roman steps for improved safety and ease access.
The peaceful and tranquil setting is complemented by the lovely countryside and mountain views. An ideal choice for a very relaxing holiday in a very private setting.

“Perfect .A very private ,peaceful haven to rest ,relax and recharge your batteries !”
The secluded location is amazing yet it is not far to all amenities like supermarkets and shopping .Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa too for eating out , the beach and everything touristy but coming back to the villa is such a joy ! This villa is so very peaceful and relaxing ,set in its very own private haven surrounded by fields .The only noise you will hear are the birds and your only neighbours are sheep ! Every comfort is provided for you and it is scrupiously clean and tidy.The pool is stunning and kept clean whilst you stay .Thank you Juan ! The owners Juan and Marie are there in an instant if you need them and are so very warm and welcoming .For many years we have stayed in places on Mallorca self catering from farmhouse to apartments and this villa is by far the best ! Thank you Juan and Marie for sharing this litte piece of Heaven on earth with us ..We hope one day to return !
