Description

The apartment is located in a country villa dating back to XVII century by Lake Garda, in the picturesque village of Polpenazze, halfway between Salò and Desenzano, 3 kms away from the lake. The Gardagolf Country Club is in the vicinity.

Guests enter the apartment from the inner courtyard (the flat is on the first and last floor). They are welcomed into a spacious living room composed of a dining area with a 6-seater table, a fully-fitted open plan kitchen and a relaxation corner with a sofa bed and a TV set.

Next to the living room there is the hallway which leads to the box room and to the bathroom with shower and washing machine; just aside, the two bedrooms with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe each. The bedroom offers a view of the medieval village market square and allow to enjoy the quietness of the surroundings and the lovely garden.

Two flats to let and some luxury facilities, such as swimming pool with exclusive sunbeds, garden.
