Description

No. 46 nestles at the top of The Bay Talland, with views out towards the bay from the roof terrace and glimpses of the sea from the lounge. High ceilings, modern furnishings and a finish of an exemplary standard combine to create a luxurious coastal retreat. A generous open plan layout with well-equipped kitchen presents a splendid space to enjoy with family and friends. Four double bedrooms allows for the maximum flexibility when deciding on who is going to accompany you to visit to the south-east coast.

Both adults and children are well catered for with a roof top hot tub and a selection of traditional past times and modern technology available. You can also take advantage of the excellent facilities on site, gym, swimming pool and for the brave an outdoor plunge pool.

Start your holiday in style by ordering your groceries to be delivered from Waitrose (Saltash), or if you don't fancy cooking enjoy one of the many local eateries that Cornwall has to offer. Looe, Polperro and Fowey are all in a short travelling distance.

However you decide to spend your holiday, No.46 is well positioned to deliver.

(Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub)

Pets are allowed, £25.00 each per week Dogs: Dog Friendly (maximum x 1 well behaved). Extra charges apply.

"We hired this house for a week at Easter with the family, it's a stunning 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place with very modern surroundings, everything in the house was of a very high spec and had everything for a comfortable stay, it sleeps 8 with ease. The views and surrounding area are stunning and the rooftop balcony is beautiful with the hot tub on it. The house internally and externally is finished to a high standard and was a real treat to stay in it. The site itself is also very welcoming with a lovely pool and sauna and a small gym. The staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the site and would highly recommend house 46. Thank you to all for helping make our family holiday so nice."

Quite disappointing after a lovely stay the previous year. The property has changed hands and the decor and furniture is no longer a modern seaside style so don’t expect what you see on the webs… More
