Licensed home - we have all the required licenses to operate as a vacation rental.
Our beautiful Southern Florida Vacation Home is in the subdivision named Beachway Estates located in Pompano Beach, Florida. Literally, minutes from the beach (only one mile away) and east of Federal Highway (beachside).
As you enter this cozy home it inspires warm feelings and great memories to be made. The guest book is there for you to share your thoughts and experiences during your stay and also so you may know the family who owns the home.
The dining room is the first room you enter, simple but elegant and sits six comfortably. As you make your way to the kitchen, which features all quartz counter tops and beautiful white cabinetry, you pass by the 4 seat bistro table adjacent to the living area. The kitchen is contemporary and sleek, great for any chef. There is a lot of counter space which is perfect for entertaining and a three seat breakfast bar, so you can chat with the chef. In the living area is a 60' flat screen TV great for cartoons or your favorite sports game. With a large overstuffed couch and X-box, it's a virtual playground.
Travel down the hall and the first bedroom you arrive at has a twin bed that transforms into a king bed and also has its own flat screen. As you continue down the hall you will find the 2nd full bath which separates the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and of course a flat screen for those rainy Florida days. Then on to the Master bedroom which has a king size bed that encourages you to sleep peacefully after enjoying a long swim in the heated pool or after a hard day of play in the ocean. The master bedroom has its own tub/shower, commode and washing area. We also have a two in one baby crib and play pen, along with a high chair (if required). We've got you covered for your children!
Then as you venture outside you enter into a playground for both young and old. The yard is fully fenced for total privacy. There is a huge swing set, bicycles, BBQ, dining table for six, and a private love-seat area for those who want to get off by themselves or with friends or loved ones to catch up. Of course a heated underground pool. The remote awning ensures that no matter what our Florida weather brings, we have you covered.
We love our furry guests as well but please reach out to us for an understanding of our house rules when it comes to our four legged friends. For your convenience we have a dog cage and some doggy toys at your disposal.
We also offer a unique gift to our guests and this is our electronic guest book. Our mobile electronic guest book is a great tool to keep on your phone and will guide you on everything from how to use everything in the house (remotes, A/C, appliances, alarm system), as well as valuable local information such as maps, tourist attractions, contact details, safety information and much, much more.
Our guests appreciate our electronic guest book immensely. It is a wealth of information and will act, simultaneously, as your electronic property manager and tour guide.
Nothing beats the local knowledge of your property manager and our electronic guest book will be your portable property manager for your convenience.
