Response from the owner Since you cancelled I cannot see your name. I do not understand why you got more than one text asking for information about your dog. I would not send out repeated texts. It could be the text was automatically sent by Tripadvisor which I have no control over. They will send out repeated messages if you do not reply.

Response from the owner I am sorry our guest did not find our house to their liking. Our guests are normally very complimentary about our house and come back year after year. The mattress was new in July so we do not understand why our guest found it uncomfortable. The leather settee is not that old but we will review whether it needs replacing. The guest did ask about a fan as the week they were staying it was unusually hot and it will be something we will add next year.
