We are pleased to announce Village Walk Phase 1 pool is now heated!

Welcome to the Coral Reefer!!! This home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, living room, dining area (seats for 14), 1st floor private suite with kitchenette, 2 balconies and a roof top deck. The suite on the first level has 2 queen beds, a queen sofa sleeper, full bath and a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

The 2nd floor has a king bed in the master bedroom, private bath, private balcony, and 2 other bedrooms that share a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other is a bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. . They all have TV's with a DVD player. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Up the stairs on the third level you will find a huge open living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a half bath on this level. This home offers multiple decks and a look out deck on the top of the house. This home has parking spaces for 5 cars. This gated community has 2 community pools and is only a few minutes drive to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Coral Reefer VW59 provides 5 paved parking spaces all in the driveway for 5 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 5 spaces.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 59. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

How do damage deposits work?
