The coastal breeze at sunset will invite you to the spacious upstairs terrace that overlooks the beautifully landscaped boulevard into the community and a partial view of the gulf, but don't forget to grab your favorite beverage from the vintage fridge before heading upstairs. The home is designed for socializing and entertainment with the open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining room and a half bath off of the kitchen on the first floor. Whether you’re cooking on the outdoor grille downstairs, hanging out in the spacious and open kitchen/living/dining area or up on the 2nd floor terrace, you can listen to your favorite tunes through the built-in sound system. Once social hours are over, retire to one of the bedrooms for a little privacy and relaxation. The first master bedroom is downstairs and is complete with a king bed, flat screen tv, closet and full bathroom with shower and dual vanities. The second master bedroom is upstairs and hosts a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top, flat screen tv, closet and full bathroom with garden tub/shower and dual vanities. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, flat screen tv, closet and full bathroom with shower. Continue traveling down the hallway and you will enter the second floor living area which has a fold out couch, closet, flat screen tv and kitchenette complete with sink, microwave, under counter refrigerator, dishes, utensils and coffee maker. This area can become private by closing the door to the main hallway. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and hosts a queen bed and flat screen tv. The final full bathroom has a tub/shower and can be privately accessed from the fourth bedroom or through the second floor living area. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top and is located just off the second floor living area. A separate outdoor staircase provides guests upstairs with optional and private access to the ground floor or the main hallway upstairs joins you all together. Other amenities include a front loading washer and dryer located downstairs, garage, private driveway, additional parking in front, dvd players, stereo system with iPod compatibility, 50” flat screen tv in the downstairs living area, large dining room table, bar-stool seating at the kitchen bar, wireless internet and a well appointed kitchen with all the comforts of home. 3 night minimum on holidays. Parking: all vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway of each unit. My family & I spent the weekend in Port aransas, & we were lucky to reserve this beautiful modern, & very cozy Beach House last minute. All 14 of us loved it! There was so much room for everyone, & my mom loved cooking in the spacious kitchen! The deck on the roof was also a favorite, we all went up at night to tell scary stories, and the kids loved it! Nobody had any complaints. There is a lot of construction on the property, but it didn't bother anyone. Beach is a very short drive around the corner, but we rented a golf cart & it was a fun idea!

This house was pretty much not worth the money. To start off with check in is at 4pm and we were not able to check in till around 4:45 because they said the house was not ready yet. The cable in the entire house did not work. The management company never fixed it after two to three calls into them. We finally gave up and went to red box to rent some movies so we could at least have something to watch. The house leaks from the showers upstairs several times. The shower outside to rinse off after coming back from the beach makes a mud puddle on the gravel and then mud is tracked into the house. They should have concrete on the entire outside area. I my eyes this house was not worth the money espcially when things don't work and the managment company can't have it fixed and they don't offer any kind of compensation. Read more
First of all, thank you for booking and staying with Starkey Properties. Nashville VW90 is one of our most popular rentals for large groups in the Village Walk Community. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the cable being down for the first 2 days of your stay. Starkey Properties worked diligently to resolve the cable issue. This review was obviously written during your stay and did not include that the cable was restored. A credit was also issued to compensate for the lack of cable at arrival. The leak from the upstairs bath appears to have happened when a guest inadvertently did not keep the shower curtain in place. This is a very well appointed home with all the amenities that one would expect in a rental of this caliber. We have many satisfied renters who have returned to "Nashville" and hope you will consider doing the same.

House worked well accommodating 3 families. It is well stocked in the kitchen and decorated very cute. Having a great roo. With a big tv, big dining table, kids table, and big kitchen was great.
The pools on the property are small but clean. There is no direct each access from this property so coming and going to and from the beach throughout the day isn't as easy as we would ave liked. The houses are all very close together, but we ad no house issues.
It's obvious that the owners took time and care in decorating SE furnishing this home. The carriage house s a great extra.

We loved the care required for the painted cement floors downstairs. Just sweeping up any tracked in sand and mopping the kitchen area worked well. We also loved the large roomy table where we could all eat together. I would have liked carpeting in the downstairs bedroom - didn't like getting up on the cold floors. The appliances and kitchen cooking equipment were quite adequate. Much better than the previous house we had rented the summer before.
