Description

Pinewalk Apartment Rafael is a truly deluxe and contemporary first floor beachfront apartment in Puerto Pollensa beautiful Pinewalk. This air conditioned Apartment Rafael is spacious and airy with a fabulously furnished large terrace just several yards from the beach and the sea with unrivalled views which will stay with you for years.

Entry to the apartment is gained from the rear, street level and up two flights of gentle steps from the secure entrance to the 3-storey block. It also has an elevator . There is a possibility to park on this road and near the entrance but parking is available very near by the apartment

All the rooms are at first-floor level. They are cool and airy with white walls and tiled floors. The lounge-diner opens out onto the terrace, with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV with UK satellite ( some English speaking channels and a DVD/CD stereo. The fantastic kitchen has lots of storage space and appliances including a dishwasher, stunning fridge freezer and a walk-in pantry. No expense has been spared on the furnishings and fittings.

The apartment in located in one of the most beautiful area in Puerto Pollença Mallorca. The beach and the sea are just metres away, and it s only a short walk into Puerto Pollenca main square for shopping and eating.

“Perfect location”

Beautiful apartment very neat and close to all the attractions but still quiet enough if you just want to enjoy the views. Can't wait to get back there. Perfect for our family of 6.

“Absolutely the most amazing view”

Absolutely The best view, great apartment with everything you need. The only negative which would mean we probably wouldn't go back was the noise from the Rustic Bar which backs onto the main bedrooms , we were constantly woken up by workers between 1 & 3am which ruined our break.
