A four minute walk from a secluded beach, Light Blue Villa, a luxury holiday home set in a half acre of land with private pool and lawned gardens, is the perfect choice for those wishing to relax in a serene setting. There is no better place to unwind, after a long day soaking in the sun, than on one of the peaceful terraces or sipping chilled wine in the shade of the covered, spacious barbecue.

The three storey building comprising of a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area and three bedrooms, fully equipped and fully air conditioned is set in an idyllic environment suitable for all. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor and has en suite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor and have a bathroom and cloakroom/ laundry with wc and hand basin. The villa has two flat screen televisions blue ray DVDs , WIFI

For those who want a more active night life, Porto Heli is only 3 km away and the water taxi rank to Spetses 5km Visitors wanting to be far away from mass tourism, this area offers an environmentally sparkling atmosphere, clear seas, sandy beaches lush forests and olive groves. At the same time, beaches in the area are regularly awarded the Blue Flag, with Saint Aimilianos, Chinitsa, Ververonda Lake, and Costa spoiling for choice.

Destination holiday spot for the rich and famous of Greece, Porto Heli is the nearest town, 3 km from the villa and offers water sports, boat rentals, tavernas,restaurants, an open air cinema and all that is needed for a great vacation. The villa is ideally located if you are interested in water sports or sight seeing and enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and one of the best sunsets in the Peloponnese

It is an enjoyable 2.5 hour drive by car from Athens, through the historical Corinth Canal and Epidavrus and the majestic Peloponnese countryside.

For those who prefer travelling by sea, it only takes a 2 hour journey passing the islands of Aigina, Poros, Hydra, and Spetses. The villa is ideally located if you are interested in water sports or sight seeing.

You may take a coach trip or a drive to the antiquity centres of Epidavros, Mikina, Nafplio and Corinth or visit the medieval castle of Monemvasia.

Kranidi, which is the biggest town in the area, has a public health centre open 24 hours , all civil services, as well as banks and various other services
