The Penthouse, designed on two levels in one of the best landmark buildings on South Padre Island, is professionally decorated in soft tropical tones and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style with luxurious details, including chandeliers, jacuzzi tubs, and designer luxury linens. Every suite features its own private sundeck or balcony.

The spacious living area features a grand piano and a sweeping spiral staircase with fabulous curved sofas that wrap around. For casual dining, you can choose the cocktail/breakfast table or seats at the counter bar, or for more formal dining choose the beautiful glass dining table and crystal clear chairs. The private sundeck off the living room features a large space for dining alfresco with an outside grill. It would be hard to find better views anywhere on the island. “Beautiful penthouse!”

The penthouse was so clean and amazingly beautiful. The only problem was that it was a quite a bit of a walk to the beach, but not too far.
