Situated at the end of a small sandy cove, Emsik Beach House overlooks the glorious white sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters of the gorgeous Port Joli Peninsular.

The warm water and sandy shores of Port Joli Bay offer great sun bathing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. The abundance of shorebirds and harbour seals are a delight to nature lovers and birders alike, while the close proximity to hiking trails all provide a memorable vacation experiences.

From the Beach House, it is an easy 20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to the spectacular Kejimkujik Seaside Adjunct with its hiking trails and abundance of wildlife. It is a 20 minute drive or a 15 minute paddle across the harbour by kayak to the Thomas Raddall Provincial Park . Both wilderness parks are among the best in Atlantic Canada

White Point Lodge with its CPGA rated golf course is approximately 15 minutes away. For museums, restaurants, shopping, live music and nightlife, Liverpool is about 20 minutes away. The historic town of Shelburne is only 30 minutes away. It's a 2-hour drive to Halifax International Airport and 1.5 hours to Yarmouth.
