Cool Eco-Studio with Patio--Great Location!

Welcome Guests!

The Portland Belmont House is a newly finished renovation and conversion of an 1886 Victorian Queen Ann in the heart of the Rose City. The Studio and Main Floor have been short term rentals starting 2014, but now, as of January, we are excited to announce that all three units are vacation rentals. Our hope is to attract friendly folks in the market for a furnished, fun, and functional monthly rental. With its central location and abundant outdoor living space it has served as an extended family meeting place for out of town guests gathering for weddings and graduations. We love to provide a place where lasting memories are made. ...Read more

Additional Location Information

Great Location! 2.2 miles to downtown, but why go there when you have the Hawthorne/Belmont area full of unique restaurants and shops? Well, downtown is fun too, and has fountains to play in if you need to cool off. We are three blocks from the famous Sunflower Intersection, which Fred Armisen commented on as "the most Portland-y spot in the city." (Link to article: (website: hidden).) And only 10.5 miles/20 minutes to the airport. The bus goes down Belmont and can get you to the Zoo. We are a block and a half from the wonderful Zupan's Market, a part of the Belmont Dairy project. This is a vibrant neighborhood--fun to walk in. The next major street beyond Hawthorne is the up and coming area around 30th and Division. Pok Pok and the Whiskey Soda Lounge have good food and drink, but Pok Pok is usually a wait, which is where Whiskey Soda Lounge comes in handy. (Owned by the same people.) Getting out of Portland is easy. Beautiful hikes up the Gorge, and Mt. Hood is a good place to visit both winter and summer.
