Enjoy Orione - The Private Luxury Villa of one of the Architects of the Aga Khan, founder of the Costa Smeralda, built as one of the First houses in Porto Cervo Marina in the 1960s

On 2000 Square Meters you find A Villa with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, The 17 Meter Pool that used to be the Largest in the Costa Smeralda until a decade ago and is still the second Biggest Private Pool in the Costa Smeralda with its 3.5m depth and a fantastic shape.

Including a Pool house with Bathroom and Sauna and a Whirlpool.

A guesthouse which sleeps 4 and has its own Bathroom. A Roof terrace with Harbour view.

All Rooms in the main House have Air-conditioning and Central Heating.

The House is equipped with Exquisite handmade Lighting sculptures throughout the house, and in the night is Illuminated at Night to underline the beauty of its organic shape.

The House was built in the clasic style of the area using the traditional techniques of local craftsman and has been carefully renovated over the last decades using local Granites, Terracotta and the wood of the sacred Ginepro Tree.

Great attention has been given to details, and the Buildings reside in a Tropical Garden, full with blooming local Botanica, which Partially borders on Wilderness beyond its traditional stone walls.

After a swim in the nearby ocean or an exciting regatta you can relax in one of the top pools of Porto Cervo. Or you can sooth your muscles in the Spa with sauna and the new and stylish Jacuzzi.

While dinner is prepared in the kitchen or on the beautiful old stone grill outside, you can present your guests the romantic view of the sunset over the ocean or the ships returning to port while enjoying a cocktail on the rooftop “terrazza”. Your meal can then be served outside at the granite dining table seating up to 12 persons, or inside at the oak table for up to 8 people.

Porto Cervo offers you all the boutiques, restaurants, beach-clubs, golf, tennis, kitesurffing, world class yachting, piazettas, gyms and stylists you might demand. Plus a great night life, where you can meet other cosmopolitans.

A big living room with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and the usual necessities like washingmachine and dishwasher, large garden, carport and well equipped kitchen round of this diamond.
