Description

Large country house with pool, located 5 minutes from Porto Cristo and less than 2 km from the beach of Cala Morlanda.

Immersed in nature. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends enjoying the sea and countryside.

A 1.5 km from the town of Porto Cristo.

The detached house has living space of 200m², distributed over two floors, and offers space for up large groups.

Large terrace on the ground floor where you can rest and sunbathing space area with pool for children to play outside.

Pool area fenced with the ability to deny access to children without adult supervision.

The first floor has an exterior ladder acces, so it is ideal for two friend familes, as you can stay togheter but every family has their own floor.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with sitting area wit satellite TV, one bathroom ensuite with bath and two bedrooms.

In addition, it has a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave, NO diswasher.

On the first floor, there is a living and dining room area, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom with bath and two bedrooms.

There are a third exterior bathroom with shower.

Two baby’s cot can be provided.

A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are also available

Bedroom 1: groundfloor, 2 twin beds 0.90m (2 meters large) with ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: groundfloor, 1.35m double bed.

Bedroom 3: first floor, 1.50m double bed.

Bedroom 4: first floor, twin beds 0.90m.

There are two cots available under request.

Bathroom 1: ground floor in room 1, with bathtub.

Bathroom 2: first floor, with bathtub.

Bathroom 3: ground floor outside the house, with shower.

The place is fenced and has trees around to preserve the privacy of the tenants.

Located 800m from the beaches of Cala Morlanda and Cala Petita, beautiful beaches of the east of Mallorca. Quick access to beaches with hammocks and lifeguard services, award winning blue flag for its white sand and clear waters.
