Description

The single-storey house is furnished in local style. the living-dining area is equipped with TV and DVD and the kitchen also has a microwave to offer. There are 2 double rooms with twin beds. One of them is equipped with an en Suite bathroom. Furthermore, the house Turicano a bedroom with double bed and another newly-developed bathroom. the L-shaped pool (7m x 5m, depth 1.4m to 1.8m) and the large sun terrace located on the front of the house and provide refreshment and relaxation. The villa has an additional Turicano outside bathroom with shower and toilet and also offers grass for play. A covered terrace and a brick barbecue complete this great outdoor area and invite you to enjoyable evenings outdoors. Turicano want to look for is perfect for families a quiet house and found only in a few minutes walk from amenities.
The accommodation, conveniently arranged on one floor is ideal for families or couples who like a little extra space, and all three bedrooms are bright and airy.

There are also steps leading to a simple roof terrace with tree top views. the lovely L shaped pool (depth 1.4m - 1.8m), sourrounded by paved sunbathing terraces, sits at one side of the covered dining terrace, whilist a lawned area extends along the other side of the villa, where the barbecue is conveniently positioned by the door from kitchen. Although there are no direct sea views, if you listen carefully it's possible to hear the sea as it's really no far away though the pine forest behind the Villa 'as the crow flies' and even by foot it's no more 400m walk, by road and footpath to small sandy cove. The lovely beaches of Cala mondrago National Park are just 3 kms away and along the way there are 2 futher pretty bays.

Response from the owner Thanks for your comment, we note your suggestion and we will change the cookware for a new one from IKEA, we also inform you that this year 2016 the villa will be equipped with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, thanks again and we hope to see you again in our villa.
