Description
Our farmhouse, set in the middle of the countryside but yet only 3km from the coast, was first built in the 1830s and then renovated a few years ago maintaing most of its original features such as wood beam ceilings and cotto floors. The house is surrounded by a 5000 sq mt garden with fruit and olive trees and a small vineyard . A giant secular oak tree dominates the entire property. There are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bath and a kitchen . The garden is at your disposal for relaxing with a glass of our local Verdicchio wine before going off to the beach for a swim or on a trip to the nearby hilltop medieval villages.
