Relaxing, private, very comfortable, spacious retreat on North Coast. NI Tourist rated property. Set in quiet residential area of town, yet within walking distance of beach, promenade, Golf Course, restaurants and attractions. Wifi. Private parking for at least four cars. Large Safe enclosed patio area at rear with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Garden area at front also.The house sleeps six people consisting of one king size, one double, and one twin bedroom.Electricity, central heating, bed linen and towels and welcome pack are included. Ideal base for families or friends to relax and unwind and enjoy all that North Coast has to offer. The house provides all home comforts for your break. You will find many of the basics you require for your holiday already in the kitchen. Kids games.dvd,s, and even buckets & spades for those fun days at the beach are all provided.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, oven,microwave,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Large 40" flat T.V. and seated area in kitchen also for your enjoyment. Large utility room provides washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. The large comfortable Living room provides an area to relax and unwind. Flat screen T.V, DVD and provided.Selection of books and games are available for your pleasure. Outside,the grounds provide many areas to sit and enjoy or dine al fresco when the weather permits. No smoking . No pets accepted . No stag/hen parties or clubbers accepted.

Highchair and Travel Cot available upon request.( It is preferrable that you provide your own cot bedding).

Beautiful house with everything you need, home from home! Really comfy beds and immaculate bedding. Spotlessly clean shower rooms, great sized lounge and kitchen, bright and airy! fab garden to rear for relaxing and private too. Lovely Hostess Anne met us to show us around and left a sumptuous welcome pack. We enjoyed walking into Portstewart every morning where you have your pick of great coffee shops. Would highly recommend.

“Perfect Portstewart”

This is the second time we have stayed at this property snd absolutely loved it. This home is in the perfect location. The garden is superb and tranquil. Great fir sun bathing , kids playing or just having a family bbq. The house itself is wonderful. So homely and spacious. Really well equipped and lovingly looked after. Anne is just lovely and the little welcomed gifts are truly a treat. Would recommend this property all day long.
