The Porthouse is a Tourism NI approved self catering holiday home. It is a stylish well-appointed 5 bedroom end townhouse perfect for families. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Millstone development, in close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and promenade.

PROPERTY DETAILS

This excellent spacious property has accommodation over three floors. The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, dining kitchen with French doors opening onto a secure paved patio and garden with picnic table, WC and an integral garage with a fitted utility including sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor accommodation includes a lounge with feature living flame wall mounted fire, French doors and feature balcony and 2 double bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The second floor has a further 3 double bedrooms and a family sized bathroom with bath and shower.

Off-street parking at front of property for 2-3 cars

Electricity and central heating are included in the price as is fibre broadband and all bedding, linen and towels.

Non smoking, No pets. This holiday accommodation is for family holidays only. Groups of young people will not be accommodated and parties and events are not permitted

LOCAL AREA:- Portrush is only a short distance along the coast with Bushmills, the Giant's Causeway (a World Heritage site) and Ballintoy (the site of Game of Thrones) all within close proximity. With excellent railway links a trip to Londonderry the 2013 UK Capital of Culture takes in some of the North Coast's outstanding scenery. The surrounding area boasts numerous excellent beaches including Portstewart Strand, White Park Bay and White Rocks as well as world class golf courses and a great selection of restaurants.

Located approx. 15 mins walk from Portstewart promenade and minutes from the Strand Beach by car. A perfect base for exploring the North Coast and its many attractions. There are train stations nearby in Coleraine and Portrush with excellent railway links.

“Excellent as always!”

Coming back for our third year we found the Porthouse like a home from home. Valerie extremely helpful with some pre arrival issues, the house spotlessly clean and decor appearing fresh and updated since last year. Great base for large group or multigenerational trip. Looking forward to next year!

Great communication with hosts pre and during stay, pictures don’t do it justice. Layout was perfect for holiday with 3 generations of family giving the grand parents a floor to themselves so not disturbed by 3 and 6 year old. Garden ideal for kids, enjoyed it so much we considered buying neighbouring property that was for sale but wasn’t kept to same standard as this one. Handy utility area in garage with lots of storage for beach stuff. Highly recommend and great value.

Lovely spotlessly clean house in great location. Enclosed back garden very suitable for young children. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to others.Valerie was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

“Pleasant house just like home”

We had a very pleasant stay in the property. It is a great property for touring the area. Located on the outskirts of Portstewart it is a couple of minutes by car from the award winning Strand Beach and Portstewart Promenade. Also very convenient to Portrush and other locations on the North Coast. The property itself is large with five bedrooms, one en-suite, a large bathroom and a downstairs toilet. It has all the facilities you would expect from a modern home. I would recommend the property as a good base if you are visiting the North Coast.

How do damage deposits work?
