10 Agherton Drive is NITB Certified . This idyllic family holiday home on the North Coast has recently been modernised and is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. This base is perfectly to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of the North Coast and Glens of Antrim. Situated in a quiet residential area of Portstewart , the beach, promenade, children's play area, golf course and restaurants can be easily accessed by a 15 - 20 minute walk. The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom upstairs. There is a twin bedroom and separate toilet/shower-room downstairs. There is a large comfortable living-room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area with patio doors to enclosed rear garden and patio, utility room, secure Garage/ Drying Room, ideal for storing Motor Bikes,bicycles, golf clubs & hanging/ drying Wetsuits etcThere is access from the rear garden to a large public green suitable for ball games etc. There is an enclosed front garden and off road parking for 2-3 cars.NI Tourest Board Certified No Hen or Stag parties. Towels Can be provided on request . .

“Absolute Comfort”

This property is well situated on the Causeway Coast within east reach of the main sites. The house is spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. It has an excellent kitchen with plenty of equipment. Our bed was very comfortable. Neville is a great host, very concerned that everything is just right for his guests.
