A single storey extremely spacious annex to the owners property inbetween Poulton le Fylde and Kirkham in the heart of Lancashire, a 10 minute drive from Blackpool and the Fylde Coast and less than an hour away from the Lake District, an ideal base to explore from. With its own large secure private garden and off street parking its home from home.

The property 10 minutes drive from Poulton le Fylde and is all on the ground floor allowing easy access. One spacious double bedroom with 32" tv. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan kitchen and dining area. Spacious sitting room with tv, woodburner and leather sofa bed. Patio doors lead on to the private secure garden ideal for alfresco dinning. Complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast starter pack included.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,  TV with free view in both the bedroom and living room.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included. Bed linen and towels also included.Bike storage available. Off road parking. Private gated lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Pets and children welcome but sorry we insist on no smoking out of respect of non smoking guests. Shops 1/2 mile away  and family friendly Italian restaurant with coffee lounge and bar 2 minutes walk away.

“Lovely”

Lovely location, down a quiet lane, which we enjoyed walking along to visit the neighbours (cattle, sheep and ponies). Just a few miles from Preston, Blackpool and Lytham. Also less than 2 miles from Ribby Hall, where we enjoyed a woodland walk whilst charging the EV. The interior is decorated to a high standard and the garden is pretty and private.

“Lovely stay, very clean and dog friendly!”

Really enjoyed our stay, was spotless/clean when we arrived. The weather was very windy due to storms but you could see it would be really nice private area to sit in the sun. I was happy with the enclosed garden area to let the dogs in/out safely! Lovely big bedroom. Thank you for leaving plenty of towels, milk, coffee etc and the dogs enjoyed a few buscuits. Great few days, thanks!

“Eastlee is the perfect getaway”

Very modern property and everything was as you would want it to be. We chose this property because it was near to friends and also Blackpool with all its amenities. I am sure we will be back as the owner is very accommodating in every way.

How do damage deposits work?
