Description
Casa Praia Norte is a family house built in the 60's, has now been transformed as a GuestHouse, has 4 double rooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and another toilet. It is close to restaurants, beach 400 meters away, activities for families, nightlife, public transport, Metro of Porto 1 km away, Praça dos Touros.
You will love my space because of the quiet neighborhood and close to all kinds of services such as bakery, butcher or supermarket.
Welcome to Casa Praia Norte, stay at home, make yourself at home, treat it as if it were yours :)
Visitors / extra guests are welcome if you still have within the maximum capacity of the house which are 8 persons and has a supplement cost of 15,00€ cash, per person per night and should always give notice to Casa Praia Norte.
Bed linen is only changed on stays of more than 7 nights and at guest's request.
One bath towel per guest, are changed on stays over 7 nights at guest's request.
Babies till 2 years old do not have taxes or costs, from 2 years up the supplement / rate / night is paid as an adult of at least 15,00€ cash, even if the child sleeps in the same bed as the parents, or we can open another room.
House Rules:
Any damage that might suffer, furniture, appliances, clothing, etc. must be submitted, told to the responsible of the house, everything is solved speaking, in good faith, if they are not, we will contact Tripadvisor Assistance to trigger the guarantee.
Please don´t smoke inside;
It's forbidden to organize parties in the house,
No loud music after 11 pm;
Please leave the house as you found it: take the waste out, turn all lights and heating off and close the windows.
On your arrival and in order to stay in the apartment, I will ask some personal data from each guests, in order to communicate to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), it's the law.
This obligation falls on companies exploiting hotel establishments, as well on those which provide the accommodation to foreigner’s citizens, including nationals of other member states of the European Union.
Extra fee:
For a late Check-in after 21h (9 p.m.) 15€ cash paid directly upon check-in.
