All apartments were designed to provide maximum flexibility, tranquility and comfort for high demanding travellers. We paid the highest attention to furnish and equip all apartments without compromise to latest trends and technology standards. Each apartment is designed to satisfy needs of a single corporate traveller staying for several months as well as a whole family visiting Prague for a couple of days.
Spacious one bedroom apartments (75m2 / 807ft2), all with air-condition, are situated in the front and rear part of the building (floor 1-5) overlooking partly the very quiet patio garden or the Old Town streets. Some apartments are overlooking the Old Town roofs and the Prague Castle.
Every apartment is well appointed and offers a lot of space for 1-4 persons. It consists of large living room with sofa (can be converted into a double bed), very quiet bedroom (200cm / 78' King size double bed easily convertible into twin), fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bathroom with the bathtub/shower and washing machine / dryer.
Apartment is equipped with all modern appliances including home cinema, 37' flat screen TV with SAT, DVD player and high speed WIFI / cable Internet. Kitchen is fitted with all kitchen utensils, dinning ware and all modern appliances including toaster, tea kettle, coffee machine, fridge, oven/grill, microwave, dish-washer and more.
The modern bathroom is well equipped with bathtub (apartments type x2) or walk-in showers (type x1 or x4), toilet, one or two wash-bowels, XXL sized mirror, washing machine with dryer and hair dryer. All bathrooms are spacious, well illuminated and fitted with marble tiles on the floor. All standard toiletries and towels are included and replenished in the price. Additional separate guest’s toilet is available in the entry hall of x1 one bedroom apartments.

Advantage of this Prague rental is its location - the apartment is situated in the medieval city centre of Prague with only three minutes of walking from the Charles Bridge. This place was excellent. A person was available to pick us up at the train station and drive us to the office to check in and then take us straight to the apartment. Check in was smooth and quick, and the front desk guy was helpful, answering all questions. He even met us at the apartment to give us a tour of the place. The apartment was big enough for the three of us. The place was also very clean. The TV was difficult to use, and most of the channels were not in English. That was okay, because we didn't spend much time watching TV. The location was excellent and close to the city center and near all the major sights. Everything was walkable. There was a grocery store on Narodni (one of the nearby main streets) that had affordable stuff. The place was also quiet enough for a restful night even when our apartment faced the street. The area felt pretty safe at night. Nonetheless, it is the city, so I would recommend traveling in groups if you can. The staff was always helpful. I remember having trouble with the shower, and called the front desk about it. The guy came pretty quickly to help solve the issue, and this was in the middle of the night. The next day, a maintenance guy came to repair the issue. It helps that the front office is like a 3min walk away and that the place is manned 24hrs a day. Check out was just as smooth as check in; actually easier because all we had to do is call to arrange for a driver to the train station and then leave the keys behind. So overall, the stay was excellent, and I would return to use that place again.

We did enjoy our stay at Karolina in apartment 34. The only bad event was to
find the apartment did not have a balcony as promised. I was told our booking
was changed to apartment 31 with a balcony so my boyfriend could smoke.
This did not happen but thankfully we were given permission for him to smoke
in the flat near a window. It was a comfortable place close away from the main
tourist places that gather annoying crowds. But close enough to get away
easily with little effort. Prague can fill with too many tourists and become
claustrophobic. It is a little bit like Disneyland in places. We found great spots
that showed it is a living city with the same highlights and problems as any
decent city. I would go back and see more of the Cubist architecture and the
work of the architects Plecnick & Loos. Trams on Narodni lead to many places
to explore. Have fun.

We spent a weekend in a beautiful apartment Karolina
52. This one-bedroom apartment was really spacious,
with a huge comfortable bed. The view of Prague’s
castle and the Old Town from all the windows was
wonderful! Thanks to the fully equipped modern
kitchen we felt like at home away from home:) Also
the staff was very nice and helpful, available 24/7
to assist us. We can only recommend Residence
Karolina and the company Prague City Apartments!

We were travelling to Prague in the middle of February and this apartment exceeded our expectation.
The apartment is situated in nice building in Prague city centre. The staff was very helpful and
their service was outstanding. We found cosy food shop next to our building where we bought our
breakfasts. Our apartment number 52 has beatiful view to Prague castle and the rooms are spacious.
We found all needed equipment in the kitchen and the bathroom was clean. In sum we were sitting
on the top of Prague and this place made our trip very special and original.
