We kindly remind you that young groups (under 30 years) and parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. We are not flexible at this point and we will not accept such kind of travellers at their arrival.
Layout: This bright split-level three bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment with lots of woodwork is situated in a building with a new lift. The lower level consists of large living room with fully fitted open space kitchen, master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The upstairs is reached by a staircase, there is the second bedroom, the third bedroom, the second bathroom and a gallery overlooking the living room area.
Note: The apartment boasts high quality materials, including wood floors and original wood beams.

Attic Kozi is stylish, clean, big and most importantly, perfectly located. We used the offered transport from the airport - it was great. Our check in and out was smooth. There is a nespresso machine and lots of tea. Nice beds, lots of towels and shower amenities. And on the ground floor of the apartment building, one of the best bakeries in all of Prague! I couldn't recommend it more.

This was an amazing apartment , more than expected. Fabulous location to the old town hall square. I recommend the van shuttle option, drop off directly to your door. We were a traveling family of 5, and plenty space for more people. There is a lift but you need to walk one flight up. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with dishes and cutlery. Coffee was supplied and slippers waiting at the door for everyone. A thoughtful host, clean space and comfortable beds with feather duvets. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

From transport arrangements from the airport and train station to the apartment location and amenities, we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Prague. Our prearranged transports were prompt, courteous and a good value. Upon arrival we were met at the apartment with keys and apartment and city information. The accommodations were clean and spacious (we were a group of 6 mature adults). It was a hike up to the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. The "best bakery in Prague" is right downstairs, and it lives up to its reputation!!! There are cafes, restaurants and an aTM in walking distance, as well as all the major tourist attractions. The perfect place for a Prague vacation.

The attic Kozi apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Prague. Easy access to major tourist sites. Airport and train station shuttle was easy to arrange. Drivers were friendly, prompt and courteous. The best bakery is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. Highly recommended!

This apartment was perfect. Its location was on a nice street with many amenities nearby. The service was great with flexible check-in times and everything was explained clearly upon our arrival. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, with a lot of open space, a great kitchen, and three good bedrooms. I would highly recommend starying at the attic Kozi should you be visiting Prague.

Two blocks from Old Town Square. Literally in the middle of everything. Best breakfast place in Prague and a great pub right downstairs. Atm and taxi stand across the street. Top restaurants and bars and high end stores like Guerlain , Prada, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Dior within four blocks. Surrounded by antique stores, Bavarian crystal stores, and even Habanos, S.A three blocks away. Apartment spotlessly clean, luxurious, spacious, modern, artsy, well equipped. Everything works. They will pick you up and drop you off at the train station or pthe airport. Everyone in management speaks perfect English and they are just a phone call away, ready to answer any question or even bring you laundry detergent. All necessities are available within a few blocks. Don't bother with a car; don't worry about the language. Just book this place. Live like a chic, wealthy local during your stay in this fantastic, magical and unforgettable city.

This flat was amazing. it`s not for someone that is afraid of stairs, but the climb was worth it. Amazing flat with all the things you would expect in a modern home. Centrally located near the old town square and close to everything. Great restuarants, pubs, clubs and shopping nearby. Was not dissapointed and would book again.

Brilliant location with a fantastic bakery downstairs. Make sure you are contactable on the day of check in as we had trouble finding the apartment and the property manager doesn't live in the same building.
Ladjimi was great for local information and helped us with our needs. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept, it suit us 5 guys really well and i would recommend anyone to stay here from families to friends. Having a coffee machine in the apartment was great to kick start the mornings in anticipation for some site seeing.
I rate it highly, get on it.
