Very nice and luxerious apartment near to the old centre of Prague. Contact with owner was very good. The transfer from the airport to the apartment was perfectly arranged. Apartment was equipped with everything you need.

I would highly recommend this apartment. We stayed here for 3 nights in December, 5 adults and one baby and it was perfect for us. The location is great, only 5 mins walk to old town square and the apartment itself is fantastic and very well equipped. The photos do not do it justice!
The only one drawback is that the lift stops on the floor below and you need to climb the last flight of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us as we were able to carry the buggy up the stairs, but anyone with reduced mobility should consider this.
Rached was great to deal with, any queries were answered promptly. We were collected at the airport and dropped to the apartment, where someone met us with the keys. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful. I would stay here again without question.
“Awesome apartment - awesome location and awesome customer servic”

Needed an apartment for our business trip (5 guys) and found this location! Better priced than a hotel and a perfect location in the city center close to everything you need! The owner was great to work with in setting up details. This is a fantastic apartment with ambience fitting of the old world of Prague. A few great views out of the windows as well...when I go back, I'll be staying in this apartment again!

A lovely apartment with loads of space in a very nice area. The owner gave a tour trough right after meeting us and was very accommodating. We can highly recommend it for everyone who wants to live close to everything from shops, grocery stores and the Old town 5/5 !

This place was beautiful. Less than 5 minutes walk to Old Town square.
Vladimir greeted us when we got there. Showed us everything in the apartment and how it worked. I wish I had more time there. A must book if in Prague.

This is a great option for people looking for spacious accommodation and luxury. Vladimir, one of the co-owners, personally checks you in and explains everything. You can choose to get daily cleaning for a modest extra fee, which we did. Worth it!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a very nice pod based coffee machine. There are three TVs in the apartment including a large 3D TV (with the 3D glasses provided)
The apartment is at the very top of the building and the elevator only goes to the floor below. So, you still have to climb one flight of stairs. Therefore, if you are disabled or uncomfortable climbing one flight of stairs, I would not recommend this for you.
For everyone else, this probably is the best choice in Prague. It has three bedrooms, a giant living area, dining area, family room, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, washing and drying machines, high speed internet and everything else you could want in a luxury vacation.
The location is very near "Old town". There are also grocery stores (and corner stores) nearby. We pretty much walked everywhere. The location is very safe. It is also right next to the river from where the river cruises leave. The old St anne's Convent (a must see) is right next door.
Republic Square is also very near. That is a great place to catch either a Hop-on bus or a tram.
All in all, a great choice for families looking for a luxury experience in Prague
