Great place to stay on the amalfi Coast.Beautiful views off the balcony.Very nice owner took us for a ride up and down the coast in his small fishing boat.Short walk down the street to bus stop and the greatest little coffee shop Bar Del Sole.Walk back up the hill is challanging but much needed to digest the days culinary delights.

Praiano is an amazingly charming village, totally unspoilt and away from the almalfi crowds. It has a great atmosphere and wonderful places to eat and some great walks and swimming spots.
Villa Fulvia was in a perfect location, a quick walk from the village and local bus stops. The view from the balcony was perfect and we saw some stunning sunsets over the ocean. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Summer in Italy were very courteous and prompt in their emails and gave us plenty of information so we knew what to expect. Their directions were also extremely useful and exact.
The villa and the village of Praiano were all we expected and more.

Appartment within a house with 1 terrace great for breakfast (sun from morning) and great small balcony for afternoon and evening sun with great view on Capri and the volcano islands. More sun than in Positano (from 4pm onwards in the shadow of the mountain...) due to the better position of Praiano, great sunsets every day!
Main roads below and above the appartment are a bit painful for people sensitive to noise (day and night), especially bus noise.
Otherwise great small village to walk around, small shops to buy necessary things are reachable by foot otherwise good and affordable bus service to reach neighbour villages. Surrounding mountain walks do-able. Access to sea a bit limited due to geography, quality of water so-so...
Overall very nice experience, I'd definitely return to the area, but not in this appartment due to the noise... too bad (hard to find quiet places due to the geography of the place, like in Cinqueterre)! A quiet place to stay by walking around seemed to be the hotel "Le Sirene", closer to the sea and away from the main road. Prices looked affordable. But it's a hotel...

The owners were very welcoming and the stay in the villa was comfortable and well equipped.
A great base to see the Amalfi coast.
You do need to be relatively fit to walk up to the villa and generally in Praiano, it's very hilly to say the least. It's worth the effort though - stunning views!

The hosts of villa Fulvia were friendly and helpful with any questions as we spoke Italian however not sure about their english. The apartment was clean and had good kitchen facilities, full bathroom, one bedroom with double bed and lounge/meals area adjacent to the kitchen with a not too sturdy sofa bed. Plenty of storage in all rooms. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea towards the lower town of Praiano and Positano in the distance was spectacular and a great place to sit at night and watch the sunset. Air con was welcome in the heat of summer and there is also a small tv. Approx 200m walk to the local shops and the bus stop to Positano and Amalfi. The shops had more than just basic food supplies and we were able to cook every night. No onsite parking facilities (on street risks fines) so best to arrive by bus, however it is up a steep slope from the town so pack light! We spent a week at villa Fulvia as a break in a 3 month trip to relax, but were disappointed with the lack of beach - a concrete slab set amongst black volcanic rock between high cliffs which blocked the sun after lunchtime. Not what we're used to in Australia but spoke to people from other countries who thought it was great because their beaches were worse. The walk down to the beach is about 450 steps and then you have to get back up to the town again. The tourist information was very helpful and provided info on the local 1Euro (per trip one way)bus to Positano and around Praiano or the 24 hour bus pass which you can use all along the coast between Sorrento and Salerno. Be patient with the buses as traffic, especially in summer can cause delays. The apartment and possibly the Amalfi coast is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steep gradients and many steps. We have no complaints about the apartment or town however in hindsight we should have done more research as we wanted a beach break and it didn't fulfull this requirement, despite this it was an enjoyable stay
