All rooms have private bathrooms, the shady parking, private veranda with table and chairs, WiFi available in all areas. Antica Masseria Pescu dates back to the '700, and was entirely renovated in 2005, is located on the outskirts of Preston, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, within walking distance, and nearby there are large supermarkets for all your need. Centrally located in the southern Salento, convenient to reach in a few minutes is the most beautiful sandy shores of the wonderful Ionian Sea is the beautiful rocky coast of the Adriatic Sea. Just 6 km away from the nearest beach, Lido Marini, we are immersed in the peace and quiet of nature even in periods of maximum influx of tourists and the top of our hill you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view with beautiful and unique sunsets. The farm is run by a local family who will welcome you with a familiar spirit, and with discretion, and is happy to provide tips on the area and surrounding events. You just have to book ... the Salento is waiting for you .... triple junior suites description Rooms: The rooms are all triple JUNIOR SUITE with private entrance, equipped with private bathroom, A / C, fridge, TV, safe, hairdryer, extra large double bed with mattress idrocellule, sofa bed for the third person, desk with chair inside, shaded veranda equipped with table and chairs. The price includes: breakfast, daily maid service except Sundays and linen on Wednesday and Saturday and at each new entrance, shaded parking, swimming pool, Wi-Fi available for free. There is no bedding for the pool or sea. Child additionally free if sleeping with parents in bed or in their own cot or by us free of charge if available, you should request it at the booking stage. If the child up to 12 years occupied the third bed is made a discount on the triple room price by 10%
