Our home is located in a scenic gated community of Priory, St. Ann, 13 km from Ocho Rios, along the northern coastline. Richmond Estates is nestled at the foot of the beautiful and plush Bamboo Hills. Peaceful and tranquil, featuring upscale modern living, serenity and security at its best.

The property sleeps 6 comfortably. A/C in all bedrooms. LED TV, WiFi and Keyless entry. The exterior is equipped with security cameras for added protection in addition to onsite security available 24/7.

Additional services are available at an extra cost to include personal laundry service, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, car rental touring packages etc. Please contact us for more information.

*The base price listed is for up to 4 people. there is an additional charge for guests (10 yrs +) after 4 guests.

** To ensure a smoke free environment for all our guests, we do not allow smoking inside the house. Please use the Patio or backyard.

Although this is a self -serve villa, we absolutely care about communication with and the needs of our guests. There is always someone to meet and greet the guests on arrival and departure whether it be my sister and I or a member of our wonderful staff. And we are always just a phone call away.

THE HOUSE AND ITS FACILITIES ARE FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.
All guests must be registered including children and infants. There is a charge per person/day for guest ages 10 yrs and above after 2 guests.

NO SMOKING INDOORS
Guests who do not comply may be charged a home-recovery fee of $100 to restore the property to a smoke-free condition.

NOISE/PEACE ORDINANCE
No street parking, No parties, No loud music. Failure to comply may result in termination of your stay and forfeit of your deposit.
