“Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Estero Sands was PERFECT!!” Estero Sands was a great place for our family! We've stayed in Ft. Myers many times and this stay was one of the best. The owners that were on site were very nice. The grounds were very well kept. Literally steps to the beach!!! Loved it!!

“Great family fun!” Our extended family live far apart so we rented the house for a week to spend some time together. There were 13 of us staying in the house, 5 ages thirteen and under! We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and all the space in the house. There was enough room that we didn't feel like we were tripping all over one another and each had our own space. The walk to the beach is easy and short so frequent trips were made there. It is also only a little over a mile to the "Plaza" where there are lots of stores, restuarants, etc. The wagon was very helpful for the little ones when we made this trip. The owner is very easy to work with and the house is well stocked with towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a vacation away from home. We loved it!!

“3 childhood friends back to Florida again after 30 years, along” This beach home was a perfect location for the pleasures of a beautiful beach. It accommodated us quite nicely. The close proximity to the pier, time square,restaurants and grocery stores was nice, however the trolley was a little unreliable at times. It can become quite the busy stip. The kids enjoyed the dolphins that can be seen frequently on the shores of the beach and at the pier. Our son was a frequent fisherman on the beach catching shark, catfish and jacks! Coming from Canada in February was a definite break from our long cold winter. The Florida sunshine made us crave our long awaited Spring.

We had an amazing trip, the weather was perfect! Without this house it wouldn't have been the same, it had all the things we needed for the beach and the pool! Our 2 year old was so excited about all of the fun things there were to play with in the sand! There were bikes to use for a quick trip to the store or just a ride around town. The end of Mango has the best breakfast places, and also an ice cream place! The house was very convenient spot for anywhere you wanted to go, and just a few minutes walk to the beach! Great Beach House

We had an amazing time in this home during our week long stay in Fort Myers Beach! The location was close (200m) to beach access but also a mile or two away from the traffic and noise of the pier. The owners were very thoughtful and responsive providing all we needed for a comfortable stay including beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons. The pool was clean and warm and the house well kept. We felt that this home was located in the best spot on the beach - clean and quiet. While we stayed, there was significant construction in front of the property carrying with it some increased noise and traffic but the location, weather and smartly appointed home more than made up for any inconvenience. Hidden Gem

My husband and I recently spent two weeks at Vito’s condo and we WILL be back. The condo is located on the quieter end of Fort Meyers Beach and is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. It was clean & spacious with 3 bdrms and 2 baths. Our daughter flew out for a few days over Thanksgiving with a friend and we had plenty of room. It’s fully stocked with everything needed for two weeks of kitchen cooking and the BBQ areas are conveniently located for outdoor cooking. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus too. We enjoyed the local farmers market held on Tues and Thurs mornings right next door in The Santina Square. The pool is clean, heated, and the pool deck is large so we never had to fight for a spot at the pool. The beach is a short walk across the street where you have private access. We enjoyed long morning walks on the beach and beautiful evening sunsets. Vito, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond via email to any questions I had. We spend two weeks in Florida every year and this was my favorite spot so far. We plan to return next year. … see more
