NEW SALT WATER POOL (MAY 2016) AND NEW GRANITE COUNTER-TOPS (MARCH 2017) Seaside 7 is a luxuriously appointed seven (7) bedrooms, four (4) bath, home of just under 5000 square feet with a sparkling new in-ground salt-water pool, accommodating up to 18 guests with an ocean view in the prestigious Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The decor is a beach motif impeccably coordinated for your comfort and enjoyment. The crisp and clean finishes complement the new furnishings, bedding and mattresses placed in the spring of 2016. New granite counter tops have just been installed in the central kitchen as well as in the pool-access kitchen. Take one step inside and you will feel the love and comfort that went into creating this thoughtful masterpiece.

The entry level has three (3) bedrooms, a convenience kitchen near the pool for quick refreshments, as well as a dining area, a living room with queen-size sleeper-sofa and a complete game room with foosball and even a bottle-cap dartboard for kids. On the main level there are four (4) bedrooms, the main living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sun porch breakfast nook with built-in dining booth and lounging benches. All seven bedrooms and both living areas each boast flat-screen TVs and DVD players. WIFI is available in the home as well. The covered outdoor seating and picnic area is screened for privacy and perfect for a relaxing cocktail and conversation. It even has a picnic table and charcoal grill. The new salt-water swimming pool offers easy-entry steps and bench seating along the edges.

The expansive pool deck is framed by mature palm trees, is impeccably landscaped and has plenty of room for lounge chairs. There are two sets of cocktail tables and chairs for enjoying a relaxing beverage by the pool. If you like to be by the pool but prefer to stay in the shade, there is a covered conversation grouping within six 6 feet of the pool. The outdoor shower is perfect for a hot or cold rinse-off after a dip in the pool or upon returning from a sun-filled day at the beach, about 200 steps away for you golfers, thats a mid-iron from the house to the beach. This home is perfect for family gatherings or golf trips or reunions or shared vacation plans with its two-floor functional design; one large family group, two family units, two foursomes or seven couples who want to relax together.

There are 3 king beds and 4 queens as well as a daybed with a trundle-bed and a queen-size sofa-bed to accommodate any combination of 18 guests. Plenty of parking is available (5 on-site plus plenty of street parking). This is a non-smoking rental. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. Conveniently situated in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, guests can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is a great ice cream shop two blocks away. From local fresh-caught seafood to fine meat selections to down-home southern cooking, some of the finest dining in the south is easily accessible from Seaside 7. Whether you opt for spending your day sunning on the golden-sands of the gentle-sloped beach of the Grand Strand or playing one of the finest golf tracts on the East Coast or heading for the outlet or indoor malls or lounging serenely at the inviting pool in the comfort of Seaside 7, you cannot select a more perfect vacation spot. Once you experience Seaside 7 and all North Myrtle Beach has to offer, you will come back again and again.
