Keen to find a quaint, unique, holiday destination taken from the 1940's? Situated on a cliff-top overlooking Port Philip Bay, walking distance from beaches and Main Street, this property a perfectly located get-away.

Surprisingly close to Melbourne, yet with a real beach-side holiday feel.

Unit 4 is on ground level, accessible, and extremely welcoming. With parking at rear, and access to the roof top views, this property is ideal for your Esplanade Escapade.

Relax in comfort in the spacious dining/lounge or read a good book in the front Sunroom. Best enjoyed after an early morning swim.

This classic property works best for adults and families. The set up, being one of 10 Units, including owner occupiers and long term tenants, is not particularly suited or welcoming to wild parties. In fact the local council currently discourages excess noise through council regulations.

“nice and cosy holiday place”

Comfy condo, nice children area, interesting books (in case of cool Melbourne weather), lots of beaches around the area to choose from, close to Main Street and amenities. Recommended

The unit was a very comfortable relaxing place to come back to at night while being close to beaches, wharfs shops entertainment,everything we needed was there, we would definitely go back.
