Amazing waterview property seen right from your front door which is 4 houses away. Steps to 2 private beaches and a 10 min walk to the town beach. Included to make your stay easier are Linens, towels, beach towels & chairs. Welcome to this 3 bedroom with a loft bedroom upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen for those dine in days. Main bedroom has a new king bed and tv. Second has a full size. Upstairs loft with 5'4" clearance has 2 new trundle twin sets and a single twin. Front porch has a full futon/bed with blinds. Rear bedroom has 2 new full beds. Massage chair awaits for comfort after a long day of sun. There's 2 full baths. Relax in the living room with comfortable couches and watch television and play games. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen table seats 4. Unwind outside on the sectional. Kayaks and paddleboard await for water fun (Executed release waiver signed prior to use please.) 8 new beach chairs and an umbrella. Book your stay, relax, listen to the calming waters and enjoy the sun. Come enjoy the shore of Clinton at "The Count" House.

A 2 hour drive from Manhattan and Boston. 40 minutes to Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casino. 35 minutes to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. 10 minutes to Clinton Crossing Outlets & Westbrook Outlets. 14 minutes to Hammonasset Beach.

Wifi and basic cable TV. The weekly cleaning fee is $125. A dog is permitted with prior approval at $20 per night of your reservation. Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture or beds. $500 security deposit. Long-term rentals considered at a discounted rate. Academic rentals welcome.

Nicely updated house close to private beach. Quiet neighborhood. Owner provides all linens and lots of beach chairs. Easy to work with.
