Description

Stylish home decked out with beautiful, quality furnishings. Located just 9 miles from Sea World of San Antonio or Six Flags Fiesta Texas! Grocery stores in the area and quick access to major highway's make getting around town a cinch. Other popular venues nearby include the Northside Natatorium and the National Shooting Complex on Roft Rd.

Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed. One of the guest rooms has a queen size bed and the other is a bunk bed room. The bunk bed has a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another queen size futon bed. If you would like, you could bring in an air mattress to place in the Family Room.

Although we have a 9 guest maximum, for these accommodations to work best, we recommend 6 adults maximum, and the remaining spaces to be children.

Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

When you rent my vacation home, you are not left without a local resource. My guest service does not stop after receipt of your payment. I will meet you at my home to give you a tour, demonstrate the usage of any amenity and/or device you may need assistance with and answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, I will show you around on a very handy map to point out nearby grocery stores, pharmacy, and other attractions and areas of interest. It doesn't stop there either! I am available via phone, text or email in case you should have any questions regarding my home or San Antonio!

- Primary Guest must be 28 yrs of age or older to book.

- Rental agreement must be completed, signed and sent back with a copy of a government issued ID before arrival and access instructions will be sent.

- Only house trained pets are allowed and must be crated when away or sleeping. Please bathe pets outdoors and clean after stool & shedding hair.

- A fee for each pet is required. $75 per pet for the first week, $50 per pet for each additional week; not to exceed $350/mo. (3 pet max).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
